With just under $400 million in assets, close to 35,000 members, and 5 locations, Texas Tech Federal Credit Union is a vibrant credit union located in the heart of Lubbock, Texas that serves a diverse, forward-thinking community.

Next, the desired state for the new flagship space was defined, from the overarching intent of the space down to the details of the design elements. Once all designs were signed off on, delivery began on a flawless remodel. 

Since completion, Texas Tech FCU has seen its new-member growth numbers accelerate, and its member experience scores soar thanks to its commitment and DBSI’s innovative approach to branch transformation. Of course, never once was a branch closed during the remodeling process.
