ONEAZ CREDIT UNION

OneAZ Credit Union is the largest state-chartered federally insured credit union in Arizona with over $3B in assets and 20+ branches.  Founded in Arizona in 1951, OneAZ has a long history of serving Arizonan families. And they had no plan of slowing down.

Like many growing credit unions, OneAZ had a goal of increasing their assets... except theirs was even more aggressive than most. OneAZ was on a mission to double their assets over a five-year period. To do this, they knew they needed to expand their physical presence, and on their list of initiatives was adding a new branch in a very busy area of Scottsdale, Arizona.

With a longstanding relationship of nearly 20 branch transformations since 2007, OneAZ turned to DBSI when the time came to add another branch to the network.

DBSI got busy designing and building this new branch, which was intended to stand out as a wealth management center in this affluent neighborhood. And the transformation process was quick and painless. DBSI’s holistic approach to bringing design, technology, and processes together has been the backbone of this project's success.

The result was a branch that not only better served the existing members in the community, but it also gathered attention from new members with it's stand-out design, inviting environment, and efficient service. It is evident just looking at the space that every element is thought through and works together to create massive efficiencies and frictionless experiences.
