Take the Steps Toward a Transformed Team

Fully shifting to an advisory model requires everyone on your team, from the executive level to branch staff, to stack hands and put in the shared steps to reach the goal. Our Universal Associate Program does just that, with an executive workshop, a digital playbook, and a dedicated success package.

The role of a Universal Associate is very different for each institution, and it depends on a lot of things, including branch designs, staff tenure, the people we serve, community needs, and more. And every executive tends to have their own idea of how this model should work.

That's why for this first step, we spend a lot of time in discovery mode.

We meet with your executive team and complete exercises to uncover and define what a Universal Associate means to you. This helps us all get on the same page and ensure the program is fully customized to the needs of the whole institution.

And we don't just define the role, we define compensation packages, training approaches, coaching strategies, roll-out and communications plans, and more.

Once you have defined what the role looks like for your institution, you can move toward documentation and then application.

In this step, we create the playbook that documents your unique program and host it on a training page your entire team can access. It will have everything you need to enable the roll-out and continued success of this program, including:

  • Recaps, best practices, and FAQs
  • Job descriptions, comp packages, and growth progression path maps
  • Coaching and training materials
  • Roll-out, communication and experience plans
