HOW HAVE THINGS CHANGED SINCE 2020?


While we've been running this report for almost a decade now, the last several years since the pandemic hit in 2020, have been the most pivotal to measure.

Some interesting trends worth noting:

  • Between the years 2021 and 2022, there was just shy of a 10% increase in the number of institutions leveraging digital signage in their branches.
  • Over the past 3 years, the minimum average budget allocated toward digital signage has doubled, from $10,000 to $20,000.
  • Content creation has become easier over the years, with 2023 having the lowest percentage of respondents that indicated content was keeping them up at night (a whopping 20% less than any previous year!).
