Question #5: How long will it take for the Liquidating Trust to make all of the payments to me?
The orderly liquidation of the assets of the DBSI Real Estate Liquidating Trust and the DBSI Liquidating Trust is proposed to take place over several years.  The Trustee will make distributions as soon as practical and when there are sufficient cash amounts available from the orderly liquidation (after ensuring adequate cash reserves remain in the trusts for the administration of the trusts and maintenance of the assets).  Because distributions will depend on the receipt of litigation proceeds from the Litigation Trusts, it is not possible to predict when payments will conclude.
